CHICAGO — A shooting in South Deering left a 29-year-old man dead Saturday morning, police said.
At 4:25 a.m., the man was in the 11600 block of South Torrence Avenue when he was shot in his head multiple times, police said.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office identified him as Luis Marin, of the 3000 block of East 96th Street.
The shooting was the result of a possible home invasion, police said, and was domestic-related.
