UPTOWN — Uptown could soon have a new sushi restaurant.

Signs for Wabi Sabi, a rotary sushi restaurant, appeared earlier this week near the intersection of Windsor Avenue and Sheridan Road.

Uptown Update first reported the new restaurant Wednesday.

The restaurant will serve ramen along with sushi and will offer take out and delivery. Rotary sushi restaurants serve sushi plates from a conveyor belt that winds throughout the restaurant.

It will be in the Windsor Center strip mall, which is also home to La Ciudad Mexican Cafe and Grill and Chicago Dollar.

Employees for Wabi Sabi in Albany Park said they had no connection to the Uptown restaurant.
