Logan Square Shooting Wounds Man, 22, Police Say

CHICAGO — A shooting in Logan Square left a 22-year-old man wounded on Wednesday afternoon, police said.

At 1:36 p.m., the man was in the 3800 block of West Armitage Avenue when he was shot in his left shoulder, said Officer Kevin Quaid, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The man was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital in good condition, Quaid said.

The man was a documented gang member, police said.

No one was in custody in the shooting.
