Two Men Robbed At Gunpoint Near Fullerton Red Line, Police Say

LINCOLN PARK — Two men were robbed at gunpoint near the Fullerton Red Line station early Saturday, police said. 

Around 4:45 a.m. Saturday, two men, 42 and 30, were walking on the sidewalk in the 900 block of West Fullerton Avenue when two men approached them, took out a gun and demanded their belongings, according to police. 

The robbers fled the scene with the victims' wallets, police said.

The 30-year-old man was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital with a minor hand injury. He was treated and released.

No one is in custody and detectives are investigating.
