CHICAGO — A 19-year-old man and a 25-year-old man were wounded in a Washington Park shooting late Sunday, according to police.

The men were at an "outdoor gathering" in the 5800 block of South Wabash Avenue at 10:45 p.m. when shots rang out, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The 19-year-old man was shot in the left leg and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was not released but police considered him to be stable, Estrada said.

The 25-year-old man was shot in his right wrist and was taken to St. Bernard Hospital, where he was treated and released, Estrada said.

No arrests have been made, Estrada said.
