

IRVING PARK — The Horner Park farmers market makes its return Saturday and organizers are encouraging folks to come hungry.
In addition to fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers, the market will feature a rotating lineup of food vendors serving everything from pancakes to tamales. Local musicians also frequently provide entertainment.
The market will run from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturdays through Oct. 1 at Montrose and California avenues.

• Armstrong Farms-Flowers and Vegetable
• Global Garden Refugee Training Farm
