Jason Aldean's Windy City LakeShake Concert to Be Filmed for TV Special

NORTHERLY ISLAND — This summer's Windy City LakeShake, a country music festival at Northerly Island, will be getting some national exposure.

Singer Jason Aldean's June 19 performance will be filmed for a CMT two-hour television show, the cable network announced. The CMT broadcast will also include backstage interviews and a behind-the scene look at the performer, the Academy of Country Music's 2015 Male Vocalist of the Year.

In addition to Aldean, the concert special will also feature Thomas Rhett and A Thousand Horses, also playing at Northerly Island's First Merit Bank Pavilion.

WindyCity LakeShake, which runs June 17-19, also features Lady Antelbellum, Tim McGraw and Martina McBride.
