ARMOUR SQUARE — Due to a rainy weather forecast, the White Sox have decided to move the 13th annual Family Field Day at U.S. Cellular Field from Saturday to Sunday, though the accompanying garage sale will take place Saturday as planned.

The rescheduled Field Day event will run from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday. The garage sale will be Saturday from 10 a.m-3 p.m. in the patio area of the ballpark.

The Field Day was scheduled in tandem with the team’s annual garage sale, where fans can buy items like the turnstiles from Old Comiskey Park, one of Jose Abreu’s game-used bats and 2016 Spring Training jerseys. Admission to the garage sale is free.

Family Field Day will give fans a chance to play catch in the outfield, check out the dugouts and bullpens, and tour the White Sox clubhouse. Families can even take photos at home plate. Buy tickets — $30 for adults and $12 for children — here.

Proceeds from the event go to White Sox Charities.
