LINCOLN PARK — Police said a man who is responsible for an armed robbery in Lincoln Park earlier this month was seen driving a car with an Uber sticker affixed to the window.

The crime happened March 18 at 3:35 p.m., police said.

A man pulled out a handgun and robbed a woman inside her garage in the 2000 block of North Kenmore Avenue, police said in an alert.

Police describe the man as white with a fair complexion, between 5-foot-5 and 5-foot-6 and between 160-170 pounds.

He was seen driving a grey car, which is shown in the top right of the below photo. Police describe the car as a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta with an Uber X sticker affixed to the lower right side of the back window.

A spokesman for Uber did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
