RAVENSWOOD — The CTA is now making transportation a little bit easier for folks who drive. Yep, we said drive.
Beginning April 15, 154 parking spaces under the Brown Line will be made available for monthly rental via a partnership with SP+ Parking: 106 spaces along Ravenswood Avenue and 48 along Leland Avenue (see map below).
These spaces are in addition to areas where parking under the "L" already is being rented.
Only vehicles registered for a monthly account with SP+ will be permitted to park under the "L." All others will be ticketed or towed.
Monthly reservations — which cost $75 and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis — can be made by calling SP+ at 773-714-9262.
Daily parking also will be available at select locations via Spot Hero. Call SP+ for more information on these spaces as well.
