ALBANY PARK — Police are warning residents of a pair of recent robberies in Albany Park.

Both incidents happened in the 4700 block of N. Monticello Ave., near the intersection with Leland Avenue, according to a community alert from the Albany Park (17th) Police District.

The suspect took victims' personal property by force in both cases. The robber is described as male, 5-feet 10-inches to 6-feet tall, 170-180 pounds. No other details were given by police.

The dates and times of the robberies were 8:50 p.m., March 7; and 1:15 p.m., March 16.
