KILBOURN PARK — A 32-year-old man was shot and wounded while driving on the Northwest Side early Wednesday morning, police said.

Around 4:45 a.m., the man was driving in the 3300 block of North Pulaski Road when someone drove up in a car and shot at him, according to Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man walked into Community First Hospital with a gunshot wound in his left arm, Pacheco said. He was listed in good condition.
