LINCOLN PARK — Trinity Bar is serving up late-night ramen for two more nights in March.

Tickets to the Irish gastropub's remaining two ramen nights cost $15 and must be bought in person at the bar, 2721 N. Halsted St., beginning at 10 p.m. the night of each event. There are only 75 ramen bowls available each night.

On Saturday, chef Mike Sheerin will be serving ramen made with roasted chicken, miso broth, fried chicken thighs, house made ramen noodles, radishes, scallions and buttermilk salad.

The last event, on March 12, will feature ramen with Tonkotsu broth, roasted pork neck, house made ramen noodles, bamboo shoots, soft-cooked egg and nori.

During both events, there will be drink specials available from open to close: Sobieski vodka cocktails and Allagash White on draft — both for $5.

The bar/restaurant was taken over by Sheerin and his childhood friend and businessman Ryan Holden last fall.
