NORTH CENTER — Get to know the people who grow your food at the Northcenter Neighborhood Association's annual CSA Night.

Community Supported Agriculture — in which subscribers buy a membership in a farm and receive a steady supply of produce (or sometimes meat) in return — continues to gain momentum.

During the event, attendees can meet with various farmers and learn about how their community supported agriculture programs are run. Nearly a dozen farms will be on hand for the event, and so will Begyle Brewing, which based its own membership program on the community supported agriculture model.

The event is 5-8 p.m. Monday at Epiphany United Church of Christ, 2008 W. Bradley Place. Admission is a suggested $5 donation at the door. Click here to register.
