LINCOLN PARK — Get to know your neighbors and support local eateries at the ninth annual Taste of Wrightwood.
Put on by Wrightwood Neighbors Association, this year's free event is set for Feb. 8 at New Life Community Church, 1110 W. Lill Ave., beginning at 6 p.m. It will bring together residents and a host of local restaurants.
All residents who live or shop in the neighborhood are welcome, the neighborhood group said.
Expect snack-sized samples from this year's participating restaurants, which includes Tandoor Char House, Fiesta Mexicana, Barn & Co., Batters & Berries, My Sweet Station, Atlas Brewery Co., Chicago Dog House, Pita Pit, Four Star Lounge, Wild Hare, Pizano's Pizza and The Twisted Baker.
