IRVING PARK — With a property tax hike looming, now's the time to make sure you're not paying more than you should be.

Learn the ins and outs of the property tax appeal process — how to file, how appeals are granted — at a workshop set for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Horner Park fieldhouse, 2741 W. Montrose Ave.

Bring a copy of your second installment property tax bill or have your Property Index Number (PIN) handy.
