Christmas Break: Chicago Public School Students Return To Classes Jan. 4

CHICAGO — Chicago Public School students will be off from classes from Monday, Dec. 21 through Friday, Jan. 1 for its winter holiday.

Students return Jan. 4.

Also in January, students will have Monday, Jan. 18 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. In February, schools will not be in session for students on Friday, Feb. 5 for "School Improvement Day" and Monday, Feb. 15 for President's Day.

For Chicago City Colleges, classes ended Dec. 12 with the upcoming semester beginning Tuesday, Jan. 19.
