LINCOLN SQUARE — Here's something to be thankful for: Fountainhead will be tapping variants of barrel-aged Goose Island Bourbon County Stout on Wednesday, in advance of the beers' official release on Friday.

The brews, among the most hotly anticipated of the year, will start flowing at 7 p.m. Due to limited supply, customers will only be allowed to order one of each variant, one beer at a time.

Fountainhead, 1970 W. Montrose Ave., will have four of this year's six Bourbon County brews and a handful of variants from years past. In addition to the base 2015 Bourbon County Stout, here's what on tap:

• Bourbon County Stout Coffee: This year's coffee release was brewed with Intelligentsia’s Los Delirios Nicaraguan bean.

• Bourbon County Stout Regal Rye: A blend of beers aged in Heaven Hill and Jim Beam rye barrels, with tart cherries added to the barrels. Blackberry juice and candied cherries were mixed into the beer after it was blended, and the entire brew was finished off with a touch of sea salt.

• Proprietor's Bourbon County Stout: A Chicago-only release, the Proprietor's stout is flavored with maple syrup (also barrel aged), roasted pecans and guajillo peppers.
