MOUNT GREENWOOD — Saint Xavier University will host its 10th annual "Breakfast With Your Legislators" event at 7:30 a.m. Friday.
The 10th annual breakfast will be held at the Warde Academic Center on the university's main campus at 3700 W. 103rd St. in Mount Greenwood.
Scheduled to attend the event are Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle, Ald. Matt O'Shea (19th), U.S. Rep. Daniel Lipinski (D-3rd), state Sen. Bill Cunningham (D-18th), state Sen. Michael Hastings (D-19th), state Rep. Kelly Burke (D-36th) and Cook County Commissioner John Daley (D-Chicago).
Registration, networking and a buffet breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m., followed by legislator presentations and a question-and-answer session at 8 a.m.
It costs $15 to attend the event and registration can be done online through the university's website. For more information call 773-298-3748.
