BRIDGEPORT — In its November 2015 issue, Esquire Magazine has named The Duck Inn one of the “Best New Restaurants in America."

“The back patio is where you want to be,” the magazine's John Kessler wrote, “with the rotisserie duck for two, heaped on a platter with duck-fat potatoes.”

Located at 2701 S. Eleanor St., the corner restaurant also features the "Duck Fat Dog" on its bar food menu. The duck fat dog is made from duck meat, duck fat and beef — then wrapped in bacon and covered with cheese, pickled jalapeno, chili relish and homemade pickles.
