LINCOLN SQUARE — Chicago photographer Carol Fletcher has documented the rapid pace of change taking place in Cuba, including the country's rising class of entrepreneurs.

On Wednesday, during an informal discussion hosted by Nomadic Ant, Fletcher will display her photos and provide a first-hand glimpse inside a country that until recently was largely closed to casual visitors from the U.S.

"Cuba on the Cusp" is scheduled for 5-9 p.m., 4604 N. Western Ave., with photos on display throughout and the talk to begin at 7 p.m. The free event is the first in an occasional "Talking Travel" series; wine will be served.
