Police said the man is a documented gang member.

The man was brought to Mount Sinai Hospital, Sedevic said, where his condition stabilized after he was treated for multiple gunshot wounds in his leg.

Police said the man is a documented gang member.

• Around 6:40 p.m., an 18-year-old man was walking in the 300 block of West 109th Street in Roseland when someone walked up and shot at him, Sedevic said.

• At 4:18 p.m., a 34-year-old was walking in the 2200 block of South Wood Avenue in Heart of Chicago when someone shot at him from a nearby SUV, Sedevic said.

The man was treated on the scene for a gunshot wound in his leg but refused to be taken to an emergency room, Sedevic said.

Police said the man is a documented gang member.
