The thefts occurred between Sept. 11 and Sept. 21, with no pattern regarding time of day, according to a community alert issued by the 17th Albany Park Police District.

There is no description of the culprit(s), who forcibly entered the victims' garages via the side door and swiped bicycles, among other items.

Incidents were reported at:

• 5100 block of North St. Louis Avenue, Sept. 11
