CHICAGO — The Bears are going to be really down this year, according to a projection from USA Today, which has the Monsters of the Midway finishing dead last in the NFL.
The newspaper projected the results of all 256 regular-season games and had Chicago with a 3-13 record — the worst of anyone in the league.
Summing up the Bears' future season, USA Today said: "Defense will look almost entirely different in terms of personnel and scheme. They can only hope QB Jay Cutler looks entirely different from 2014 version under new coaching staff."
Uh oh, Bears fans.
The Bears open the regular season Sept. 13 against the Green Bay Packers at Soldier Field.
