UKRAINIAN VILLAGE —   Still haven't gotten a chance to check out the art show featuring the work of Art Paul, an artist who served as Playboy magazine's founding art director and the creator of the iconic bunny logo?

Now's the time to swing by the Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art, where the exhibit will include a panel discussion on Thursday.

Set for 6 p.m. Thursday, the "Art Behind the Bunny" panel will focus on the life, work and impact of Paul, who spent 29 years at Playboy before retiring to devote his life's second chapter to producing an immense body of drawings and paintings.

Thursday's panelists, all of whom have known Paul for years, include Jennifer Hou Kwong, director of "The Man Behind the Bunny: Art of Playboy," a feature-length documentary film currently in progress; Lanny Silverman, former chief art curator for the Chicago Cultural Center; James Goggin, an art director and graphic designer and Betty Seid, an independent curator, writer and lecturer.

Paul, 90, a Downtown resident, will be at the panel along with his wife, Suzanne Seed.

"Hard heads, Sweet Knees, Forked tongues,"  Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art, 2230 W. Chicago Ave. and runs through July 26. Hours are noon to 4 p.m. Wednesday-Sunday. For info, visit the museum's website, or call 773-227-5522.
