BRIDGEPORT — De La Salle Institute has a new head coach for its varsity baseball team.
An associate scout with the Atlanta Braves, Chris Hall spent 14 seasons coaching at Roberto Clemente High School. He spent seven of those years as head coach.
“Coach Hall brings an outstanding resume with him as well as an intense desire to teach the game of baseball to our student-athletes and to have them succeed in the classroom as well as on the baseball diamond," De La Salle Athletic Director Tom White said in a statement.
“I look forward to bringing our program to a high level on a consistent basis," Hall said in a statement.
