ROSCOE VILLAGE — Remember when "The Terminator" was cool?

Skip the "Genisys" version currently underwhelming audiences at the multiplexes and catch the original and its sequel at Riverview Tavern. The flicks are launching the pub's new Sci-Fi Cider Fridays series, with the bar screening classic and modern sci-fi films, plus offering a buck off all ciders and glasses of wine. 7 p.m., 1958 W. Roscoe St.

Matt Campbell and Friends will take to the gazebo stage at Ravenswood Manor Park, 7 p.m. Friday. Bring a blanket or chair, pack a picnic and enjoy music under the stars. 4626 N. Manor Ave.

Your chances to pick up cheap art are dwindling. Only two weekends left in the Chicago Printmaker Collaborative's $20 cash and carry sale, noon to 5 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 4642 N. Western Ave.

Physical Festival Chicago closes out its run at Links Hall with performances Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 3111 N. Western Ave. The fest brings together the best physical theater companies from around the globe. The schedule of shows and ticket sales are available online.

Bowmanville opens up its yards during the neighborhood's annual garden walk, 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Master gardeners will be staffing the welcome booth to answer questions and help solve your gardening problems. Check in at Bowmanville and Bell avenues, near 5384 N. Bowmanville Ave., to pick up a map; $4 donation.

Ashod Baboorian and his Western Avenue magic shop are the subject of Brian Gersten's short film, "The Amazing Mr. Ash." The documentary has just finished its festival run and is now available to view for free online. You won't want miss this opportunity to learn more about a Lincoln Avenue gem.
