CHICAGO—In a beautiful twist of events, Beyoncé is (sort of) on her way to the Blackhawks parade—every dynasty needs a queen, right?

Chicago artist Bae Cutler, best known for his "PRAY 4 ROSE" mural, among others, has taken his artistry to new heights with a cardboard cutout of Queen Bey, complete with her now signature Bulls-inspired one-piece swimsuit and Stanley Cup in hand.

"She says the cup is on loan from Lord Stanley for the day," Cutler said.

Fans will be able to find Beyoncé downtown at the parade hovering above the crowd as she makes her way around the city. Cutler says she's got a stick glued to her back.

But that doesn't mean she's uptight, he said.

Beyoncé will be back next year, too.
