CHICAGO — A 49-year-old man was shot in Washington Park early Tuesday, police said.

Around 2:10 a.m., the man was in the 5100 block of South Prairie Avenue when he was shot in the  forearm and hip, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

He was taken to Northwestern Hospital in good condition, Sedevic said.

No one is in custody for the shooting.
