LINCOLN SQUARE — Unlike the Sports Illustrated jinx (hello, 2009 Tiger Woods cover), media attention seems to have brought good fortune to Shirts Our Business.
After a feature in DNAinfo — followed by an article in the Chicago Tribune and television segments on the local NBC and FOX affiliates — SOB on Western Avenue found itself once more printing Chicago Blackhawks Stanley Cup championship T-shirts.
Brandon Weiss, son of SOB owner Ron Weiss, shared a photo of the company's Hawks shirt hot off the screen printer.
They'll be for sale, the younger Weiss said, at area Nordstrom and Von Maur stores, as well as University of Illinois at Chicago.
