Man Killed in Domestic Dispute Near O'Hare Friday Identified

CHICAGO — A 23-year-old man who was fatally shot during a domestic-related dispute early Friday has been identified, officials said.

Around 12:45 a.m. Friday, Dennis Hoosier and another man were fighting in the 8500 block of West Bryn Mawr Avenue, when the man pulled out a gun and shot Hoosier multiple times in his body, police and Cook County Medical Examiner officials said.

Hoosier was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.

Devonte Dotson, 21, of the 8500 block of West Bryn Mawr Avenue, has been charged with the murder, and is scheduled to appear in bond court Saturday
