RIVER NORTH — Who said the jukebox was dead?

TouchTunes, a digital jukebox company, has hundreds of machines across Chicago. The company provided DNAinfo Chicago with a year of information (between May 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015) about the top songs played across Chicago's ZIP codes.

Most ZIP codes have at least one TouchTunes device, while others — especially covering those Downtown — have dozens. A few ZIP codes don't have any.

The song that topped the most neighborhoods in Chicago was "Soy de Rancho" by Mexican star El Komander, a huge hit in nine ZIP codes.

R&B star Usher's "Good Kisser" topped the list in five South Side ZIP codes.

Beyoncé topped the list in four ZIP codes, but while 60603 (The Loop) and 60607 (Near West Side) opted for "Partition," 60660 (Edgewater) preferred "Love On Top" and 60626 (Rogers Park) likes "Drunk in Love."

Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" topped the list in the three Chicago ZIP codes immediately north of Downtown that cover Old Town, Lincoln Park and Lakeview. Meghan Trainor's "All About That Bass" was tops in two Northwest Side ZIP codes as well as part of the Loop that covers the Willis Tower.
