At 2:30 p.m., a 15-year-old boy was standing in the 6500 bock of South Justine Street, when an unknown man walked up and fired multiple shots in the boy's direction, said Officer Bari Lemmon, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The teenager was shot in both legs and taken to Comer Children's Hospital, where he is listed in fair condition, Lemmon said.
