HYDE PARK — Wentworth District police are warning Hyde Parkers to lock their doors after home invaders broke into three houses in the last two weeks and threatened the homeowners.

Police reported that at 6:55 a.m. Feb. 17, a home on the 5300 block of South Drexel Boulevard was broken into. Burglars struck again, according to police at 7:45 a.m. Feb. 21 and Feb. 24 at homes on the 800 block of East 53rd Street.

According to police, residents were home in all three cases and were threatened before their property was stolen.

Police were not immediately able to provide a description of the suspects.
