LINCOLN SQUARE — If Santa brings you some cash this Christmas, here's one way to spend it: tickets for Winter Brew.
The annual craft beer festival, co-sponsored by the Lincoln Square Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce and the Square Kegs Home Brew Club, is scheduled for Jan. 31 at DANK Haus, with tickets on sale Dec. 29 at noon.
General admission is $12, which includes entrance to the fest and a nine-ounce beer glass. Additional drink tickets are required to purchase beer samples, typically $4 (four tickets) per sample or $5 (five tickets) for brews with 10 percent or higher ABV.
There will be two Winter Brew sessions: 2-5 p.m. and 7-10 p.m.
The brewery lineup has yet to be announced, but 10 total are expected to participate: seven during both sessions and six other breweries split between the afternoon and evening.
