CHICAGO — A 33-year-old woman shot Saturday evening in Humboldt Park has died, authorities said.
Humboldt Park resident Zoraida Feliciano was in a vehicle in the 3700 block of West Potomac Avenue when two other vehicles approached, around 6:45 p.m., police said.
Someone in one of the vehicles pulled out a gun and fired shots, striking Feliciano in the head, police said.
She was taken in critical condition to Stroger Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 1:03 a.m. Sunday, authorities said.
The shooters fled, and Area North detectives are investigating.
