BRIDGEPORT — City officials have revoked the business license of a massage parlor on Archer Avenue.

Xindy Oriental Massage, 2519 S. Archer Ave., was closed earlier this month.

A spokeswoman with the city's Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection said the business had been busted for various violations since 2005, including operating without a massage license, hiring unlicensed therapists, failing to keep financial records, darkened windows and not having a City Of Chicago business license.

"For these reasons, we revoked the business license at that address," spokeswoman Mika Stambaugh said.

Owner Yue Xiang Xin could not be reached for comment, nor could a real estate agent marketing the property for lease.
