CHICAGO — Two men were hospitalized after someone opened fire outside a liquor store in Albany Park Monday.

Around 10 p.m., an 18-year-old man was standing in front of a store in the 3600 block of West Lawrence Avenue when someone pulled up in a black SUV and began firing, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

A 35-year-old man who was inside the store at the time was shot in both legs and taken to St. Francis Hospital in stable condition, Pacheco said.

The 18-year-old was shot in his wrist and chest and taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where he was listed in serious condition.

No one is in custody for the shooting.
