LINCOLN PARK — It's the stuff of nightmares.
Michael Frost, 26, was walking in Lincoln Park just before midnight last Friday night when he says two men jumped out at him and pointed their guns directly at him.
Frost jumped along the hood of a nearby car, ran and escaped.
