CHICAGO — A 14-year-old boy was hospitalized Tuesday night after being shot during a drive-by in Woodlawn.
Around 8:42 p.m., the boy was in the 1500 block of East 62nd Street when a dark vehicle drove past and someone inside opened fire, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman
The boy was struck in his left foot and taken to Comer Children's Hospital in good condition. No one is in custody for the shooting, Pacheco said.
