Hyde Park Jazz Festival Kicks Off on Saturday

HYDE PARK — The South Side’s largest jazz festival returns Saturday and Sunday to a dozen venues around Hyde Park.

Concerts start at 1 p.m. at the Kenwood Academy, the Smart Museum and at Wagner Stage on the Midway Plaisance.

Evenings often end late into the evening after extended jam sessions.
