ROGERS PARK — Twelve blocks of busy Clark Street, from Devon Avenue to Howard Street, will be resurfaced by the end of the year, Ald. Joe Moore said.
The 49th Ward alderman said in an email to constituents Monday that the project would add to the 54 other residential blocks also being resurfaced.
