LINCOLN SQUARE — If there's one thing all those "On your left!" Lakefront Lance Armstrong-wannabes could use, it's a little Zen.

Allow us to prescribe a yoga bike ride.

The Chicago Cycling Club and Bloom Yoga are teaming up Sunday for a 12-mile bike ride that kicks off in Evanston and winds its way to Bloom's Lincoln Square studio, where instructor Jan Yuvan will then lead an hour-long class of stretches and poses designed specifically for cyclists.

The ride starts at 4 p.m., heading out from the Northwestern University Trail and then crossing over to the North Shore Channel Trail. Riders are expected to arrive at Bloom, 4663 N. Rockwell St., before 6 p.m., when the yoga class begins.

The cost is $12 and registration is required in advance (click here) as space is limited.
