CHICAGO — A 32-year-old man has died following a shooting Monday afternoon in the Back of the Yards neighborhood.

About 3 p.m. Monday, two men were shot in the 5400 block of South Laflin Street, police said.

Terry Cook, 32, was shot in his stomach and right shoulder, and a 19-year-old was shot in both legs and his left hand. Cook and the teen were both taken to John H. Stroger Hospital.

Cook, of the 1400 block of West Garfield Boulevard, was pronounced dead at Stroger at 9:56 p.m. Monday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.
