BRIDGEPORT — Expert mixologists Graham Hogan and Ken Zawacki will offer up the finer points of how to craft and serve great cocktails at a barstool seminar.
The "Cocktail Club" event place Wednesday at Maria's Community Bar, 960 W. 31st St. It's $8 to attend, which includes a cocktail of your choice. Tickets are available in advance.
Organizers say the bartenders will give a "hands-on demonstration and explain Maria's tweaks on classic cocktails, how those drinks were devised, what goes in to making the various mixers and syrups, and standards for service," along with a few small samples.
