HYDE PARK — The 4th Ward will host its 23rd annual Health and Housing Fair on Saturday.
The annual event is a one-stop shop for city services and information from the neighborhood alderman’s office.
Kids can get their back-to-school physicals, a free haircut and a free backpack at the event from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at King College Prep, 4445 S. Drexel Blvd.
Seniors can get their blood pressure checked, as well as vision and hearing screenings.
Driver’s licenses and state IDs can also be renewed at the fair.
Seminars will be offered on healthy cooking, diabetes, landlord and tenant rights, estate planning and homeowners’ training.
