CHICAGO — A three-flat building in "one of Lincoln Park's most sought-after areas" is for sale for $1.25 million according to a real estate listing.

Built in 1891, the building at 2312 N. Greenview Ave. is on the market for the first time since 1978, according to Scot Green of Koenig Rubloff.

Each unit in the multi-family building features original built-in hutches and a washer and dryer. It has a total of 15 rooms, eight of them bedrooms. The penthouse was added in 2002, according to Green, to include front and back decks as well as another half bathroom.

New owners have the opportunity to live in the units, rent them out or convert the building into a single-family home, according to the listing.

The neighborhood school is Lincoln Park High School.
