CHICAGO — A four-bedroom single-family home featuring high ceilings and modern amenities is on the market in Lincoln Park for $1.19 million.
Built in 1990, 2329 N. Janssen Ave. was last sold in August 2011 for $878,000, according to a real estate listing.
The living room has "dramatic" vaulted ceilings, a custom stone fireplace and a large chandelier, according to Koenig Rubloff's Penny Bagherpour.
Overall, the 3,200-square-foot home has 3½ bathrooms. The multi-level master bathroom was completed when the home underwent $200,000 in renovations, according to Bagherpour. It now has a Victoria and Albert soaking tub in addition to a steam shower, custom cabinets and quartz countertops.
Throughout the home, there are more updated features like a new cedar deck with a dedicated area for barbecuing, custom cabinets, granite countertops and new appliances in the kitchen and a new wrought iron gate.
The home also has two decks, which can be accessed through French doors, as well as a two-car garage.
