CHICAGO — A five-bedroom single-family home is on the market in Lincoln Park for $3,250,000.

The home at 1841 N. Orleans St. was originally built in 1886. It has since been renovated by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture to include eco-friendly features like a green roof and bamboo floors, according to Coldwell Banker's Jennifer Ames.

It also has a Bulthaup kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a spa bath.

There is a roof deck, three-car garage, patio and a landscaped side yard. The basement features a bar and a full bath.
