ENGLEWOOD — KIPP Bloom College Prep Middle School has opened enrollment for students who want to start fifth grade at the school in the fall.

Registration for the charter middle school is open from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays through July 25. Applications are also available online.

When the school opened in 2013 at 5515 S. Lowe Ave., officials said it had 90 fifth-graders, would add a sixth grade this year and would and seek to have 350 students in fifth- through eighth-grades by 2016.

The school shares its building with John Hope College Prep, another charter school that was previously a middle school when it opened in 1971.
